With every SMART installation and implementation a whole range of training is available. These can be on-site or off-site, by individual or department and if necessary customised. Due to the phenomenal depth of functionality available in SMART, it sits way apart and above its competitors. Understanding of and benefiting from the whole of SMART takes a little longer! In order to address the needs of learning the extended functionality of SMART we have introduced a wide and varied training syllabus. From our Byte Size training introduced 2 years ago through to a fully customised multi-tiered training programme, SMART has a truly flexible approach.

Bytesize training

This allows the end user to purchase vouchers to be redeemed against a pre-determined amount of time for a one-to-one training session on subjects chosen by the customer and carried out online.

Public Sessions

These are held regularly at our premises and any number of companies can attend, the subject matter is always advertised in good time.

Regional Training

These are very similar to public sessions in that any number of companies can attend, but are held on a regional basis.

Fully customised training programme

Once the basics of the SMART system have been understood, customers are encouraged to move significantly out of their comfort zone and start to discover the real power of SMART and just what it can do in moving their businesses radically forward.
