
SMART Challenge
Bradbury's implemented the SMART system in both its showrooms in April 2006 and it has brought a number of significant benefits across the company. Andy comments:
“Introducing SMART into our business practices was an important step that required careful management while re-evaluating our process to ensure we gained more control and freed up valuable time.”
He goes onto explain further:
“Although it was a learning curve for us all, SMART has helped our business in a number of key areas. Our documentation presentation looks extremely professional and is customised to our individual needs. The quotation process has been simplified and has eradicated the labour intensive tasks involved in re-quoting, pricing and at the touch of a button we can create instant quotes and reports. By running SMART over two sites but on a central server, the improvements in control have been significant and at the same time improving communications throughout the Company. For example, SMART stock management allows both branches online access to the stock positions.”
Andy comments:
“It is our expectation that SMART is more than capable of supporting our business plans both in the short and long term.”
